The sold-out Political Supper, on Friday 12th October heard the Rt Hon Sam Gyimah, Minister of State (Universities and Science) give an update on the challenges and successes of the Government, following a positive Party Conference.
Since 2010 Conservatives in Government have focused on increasing opportunities for young people. A key part of this is helping people take up apprenticeships within industry. Within Bedford alone 5500 apprenticeship starts have taken place since 2010.
The Bedford & Kempston Conservative Association are pleased to announce that Sam Gyimah MP will be attending this years annual Political Supper as their guest speaker. The event will take part on Friday 12th of October.
Bedfordshire Police are holding a public community forum for the Putnoe, Goldington and Newham areas at the Church Lane Community Centre on the 4th of September. This forum will allow Bedfordshire Police to provide local updates and listen to representations as to a new local community priority.
